THE PROPOSAL ALSO INCLUDES A 1,365 ACRE REGIONAL PARK, THE LAKE, FLOOD PLAIN, GOLF COURSE, NATURAL OPEN SPACE, AND PARKS. THE PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 264 WILL CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE OPEN SPACE AND CONSERVATION MAP FROM MOUNTAINOUS, AGRICULTURE, WATER RESOURCES, FLOODING AND AREAS NOT DESIGNATED AS OPEN SPACE TO ADOPTED SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 275. CHANGE OF ZONE 5776 WILL DELETE THE R-R ZONE ON THE SITE IN FAVOR OF THE SPECIFIC PLAN ZONE.
