ACCESS IS OFF OF STATE ROUTE 43 AND A LOCAL STREET (DEVELOPMENT AVENUE), SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD, GOOSE LAKE SLOUGH, AND AN ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION LINE CROSS THE SITE.
