THE FRIANT SPECIFIC PLAN WILL IMPLEMENT THE GENERAL PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY OF FRIANT. THE FRIANT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN WILL ADDRESS THE REVITALIZATION OF UNDER UTILIZED AND BLIGHTED PROPERTIES AND DEVELOPMENT OF NECESSARY PUBLIC FACILITIES. THE PLAN LINE WOULD ALLOW FOR A FOUR LANE DIVIDED ROADWAY WITH A CLASS I BICYCLE PATH ON THE EAST SIDE.
