THE PROPOSED GENERAL PLANN AMENDMENT NO. 272 WILL CHANGE THE PRESENT LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE OPEN SPACE AND CONSERVATION MAP FROM MOUNTAINOUS AND AREAS NOT DESIGNATED AS OPEN SPACE TO ADOPTED SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 277. CHANGE OF ZONE NO. 5796 WILL DELETE THE CURRENT R-R-1/2 ZONE IN FAVOR OF SPECIFIC PLAN (S.P.) ZONE.
