THE PROJECT WILL HAVE PRIVATELY OWNED AND MAINTAINED STREETS WHICH WILL BE PAVED AND CONSTRUCTED TO FIRE AND MERCED PUBLIC WORKS APPROVAL. THE PROJECT WILL HAVE ON-SITE DRAINAGE AND UNDERGROUND ELECTRICITY, GAS AND TELEPHONE. THE PROJECT WILL HAVE DECORATED BRICK ENTRANCE WAYS AND WILL HAVE AN ANTIQUE THEME, BECAUSE THE PROJECT MAP WAS ORIGINALLY RECORDED IN 1927.
