THE PROPERTY IS COVERED IN OAK FOREST GRASSLAND. RIPARIAN WOODLAND AND LIMITED WETLANDS LIE ALONG THE COURSE OF PRAIRIE CREEK WHICH FORMS THE NORTHERN PROJECT BOUNDARY.
