THE PROPERTY IS COVERED IN OAK FOREST GRASSLAND. RIPARIAN WOODLAND AND WETLANDS LIE ALONG THE COURSE OF DRY CREEK AND ITS TRIBUTARY, LITTLE DRY CREEK, WHICH BOTH FLOW THROUGH THE PROPERTY.
