THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AN EFFLUENT DISPOSAL FACILITY IN NORTH WESTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTY SOUTH AND EAST OF THE CITY OF CORONA, NEAR THE UNINCORPOR- ATED COMMUNITY OF EL CERRITO. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT NO.3 (WWTP#3) WILL BE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE A FLOW RATE OF UP TO 8 TO 10 MILLION GALLONS PER DAY (MGD).
