THE PARCEL LIES WITHIN SACRAMENTO COUNTY ALONG DRY CREEK ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHERN CITY BOUNDARY. THE SITE IS BOUND ON THREE SIDE BY CITY LANDS, INCLUDING THE PROPOSED CREEKSIDE UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION ON THE WEST STATE HIGHWAY 99 AND THE CITY GOLF COURSE ON THE EAST, AND THE GLENDALE AVENUE RESIDENTIAL AREA TO THE NORTH. THE PARCEL IS BOUND TO THE SOUTH BY DRY CREEK WHICH FORMS THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SACRAMENTO AND SAN JOANQUIN COUNTIES.
