THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT IS TO NOTIFY RESPONSIBLE AGENCIES, TRUSTEE AGENCIES, AND INVOLVED FEDERAL AGENCIES THAT PLACER COUNTY PLANS TO PREPARE AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT WHICH EXAMINES IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROPOSED PARRAMATTA DEVELOPMENT IN THE GRANITE BAY AREA OF SOUTHERN PLACER COUNTY.
