Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2003-109 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant,Tom Skordal representing Trimark Communities, LLC. The project is a creek restoration including bank and channel restoration and flood plain development. An EIR was prepared for the development of the entire Mountain House development. The agreement and this notice pertain only to the creek restoration.
