THE PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN AMEND MENT NO. 260 WILL CHANGE THE PRESENT LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE OPEN SPACE AND CONSERVATION MAP FROM MOUNTAINOUS AND AREAS NOT DESIGNATED AS OPEN SPACE TO ADOPTED SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 272. CHANGE OF ZONE NO. 5738 WILL CHANGE THE CURRENT W2 ZONE TO SPECIFIC PLAN ZONE.
