EASTERN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT WOULD CONSTRUCT AN 18-MGD TERTIARY TREATMENT FACILITY AT THIS SITE IN THREE PHASES. THE FIRST PHASE WOULD BE DESIGNED TO HANDLE AN AVERAGE DRY WEATHER FLOW OF 6.0 MGD AND WOULD OCCUR DURING THE 1991 CON- STRUCTION SEASON. AT THAT TIME, 100 MILLION GALLONS OF RECLARIMED WATER STORAGE CAPACITY WOULD BE CONSTRUCTIONED.
