Document Description
The City of Stockton is proposing to sell the Austin Road Landfill to a private operater. With the sale, approximately 300 acres will be de-annexed from the City. The project consists of a General Plan Amendment from Public (P) to General Ariculture (A/G); a Zone Reclassification from P-F (Public Facilities) to AG-40 (General Agriculture-40 acre minimum); and, a County Use Permit for a previously approved and permitted landfill expansion on 219 acres.
