PROJECT WILL BE SERVED BY A PACKAGE WASTEWATER AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT. THE PROJECT WILL BE THE MAIN TRUCKING WAREHOUSE FACILITY FOR ALL OF SAFEWAY'S NORTHERN CALIFORNIA STORES.
