TOPSOIL WOULD BE STOCKPILED FOR REPLACEMENT UPON COMPLETION OF PROJECT. WATER IS NOT PROPOSED FOR THIS OPER- ATION. RESEEDING OF SITE WITH NATIVE GRASSES IS PROPOSED FOR THIS OPERATION. RESEEDING OF SITE WITH NATIVE GRASSES IS PROPOSED UPON SITE CLOSURE. A PORTION OF THE SITE IS UNDER WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT.
