PROPOSAL IS TO ESTABLISH AN OPEN PIT CONSTRUCTION AGGREGATE QUARRY ON AN APPROX 420 ACRE SITE. DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE WILL INCLUDE SURFACE MINING, BLASTING, AGGREGATE CRUSHING, SCREENING AND WASHING, INSTALLATION OF A CONCRETE BATCH PLANT AND ASPHALT PLANT AND RECLAMATION OF THE SITE. LIFE OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS 65 YEARS WITH ANNUAL PRODUCTION RANGING UP TO 2.5 MILLION TONS. ESTIMATED AGGREGATE RESERVE S FOR THE SITE A 292 MILLION TONS.
