OF HEALTH SERVICES OF REGULATIONS WHICH ESTABLISH THE LEVEL OF TREATMENT RE- QUIRED FOR NON-RCRA SOLID HAZARDOUS WASTE CONTAINING ORGANIC PRIOR TO LAND DISPOSAL. THE HAZARDOUS WASTE MGT ACT OF 1986 REQUIRES DHS TO ADOPT TREATMENT STANDARDS FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSED IN A HAZARDOUS WASTE LAND DISPOSAL FACILITY.
