THIS IS A MULTI-YEAR-PHASE PROJECT CONSISTING OF LAND ACQ- UISITION, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED TO TRANSFORM AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE, INTO A SENIOR SITIZENS CENTER. THE SENIOR CENTER WILL HOUSE A SENIORS HOT LUNCH PROGRAM AND PROVIDE SPACE FOR A VARIETY OF RECREATION AL OPPORTUNITIES FOR AREA SENIORS. PHASE I WILL INVOLVE ACQUISITION OF AN EXISTING PARCEL IMPROVED WITH A DRUG STORE AND PARKING LOT, AND DESIGN OF STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS TO BE DURING PHASE II.
