WATER IS PROPOSED BY AN ON-SITE WELL; DOMESTIC SEWAGE DISPOSAL BY SEPTIC SYSTEM WITH LEACH FIELD. ANIMAL WASTES WILL BE COLLECTED IN A SEPARATION POND THEN USE FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES.
