SALES OF THE POWER IS GENERATED TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON. THE POWER PLANT WILL BE FUELED BY AGRICULTURAL AND WOOD FUELS HAULED IN FROM KERN AND ADJACENT COUNTRIES.
