TO ADVERTISE LOCAL BUSINESSES AND DEVELOPMENTS. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS NECESSITATED AS A RESULT OF APPROVING THIS PROJECT. ADDITIONALLY, THE APPLICANT HAS SUBMITTED FOR A MAJOR VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT OF THE BILLBOARD AT A DISTANCE OF 50' FROM THE FREEWAY RIGHT-OF WAY.
