Replace the existing 2-lane bridge located on top of the Big Bear Dam, with a new 3-lane bridge at a location either upstream or downstream of the Big Bear Lake Dam. Subsequent to construction of the new bridge, the existing bridge would be removed to facilitate the Big Bear Municipal Water District's planned spillway improvements.
