IS APPLYING FOR A SOLID WASTE FACILITIES PERMIT REVISION THAT WOULD INCREASE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DAILY TONNAGE DELIVERED TO THE LANDFIL FROM THE CURRENT 45 TONS PER DAY TO A MAX. ALLOWABLE TONNAGE OF 50 TONS PER DAY. ADDITIONALLY, AN INCREASE IN OPERATING HOURS IS PROPOSED. HOURS COUND EXTEND FROM 6:00 A.M. TO 8:00 P.M. THOUGH THE SITE WOULD ONLY OPERATE DURING DAY- LIGHT HOURS.
