THE LEON-SOUTH REORGANIZATION PROPOSES TO ANNEX APPROX 4.23 ACRES TO THE CITY OF MODESTO AND TO THE MODESTO MUNICIPAL SEWER DIST. NO 1 AND TO SIMULTANEOUSLY DETACH SAID TERRITORY FROM THE BURBANK FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
