A PRIVATE DEVELOPER WILL CONSTRUCT A SINGLE STORY BUILDING TO HOUSE CHP FIELD OFFICE. CHP WOULD ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PROPERTY OWNER FOR USE OF THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING WOULD CONSIST OF 16,000 SQ. FT OF OFFICE AND COMM- UNICATIONS CENTER SPACE. SITE DEVELOPMENT WOULD INCLUDE PARKING, LANDSCAPING, A 80-FOOT COMMUNICATIONS TOWER AND UNDERGROUND FUEL STORAGE TANKS.
