EAST AREA FACILITIES PLAN

ACCORDING TO THE FOLSOM GENERAL PLAN, AS EAST AREA FACILITIE S PLAN MUST BE ADOPTED TO ASSURE AN ADEQUATE FUNDING LEVEL TO PROVIDE THE PUBLIC SERVICES AND FACILITIES THAT ARE NEED- ED TO ALLOW URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN THE EAST AREA. THE PLAN ADDRESSES WATER, SEWER, STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS, CIRCULATION AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, PARKS POLICE, FIRE ADMINISTRATIO AND OTHER SIMILAR SERVICES.
