Document Description
On April 23, 2019 the County of El Dorado approved Resolution No. 051-2019, a Resolution of Necessity authorizing the commencement of an action for eminent domain pursuant to the Eminent Domain Law set forth in the Code of Civil Procedure. An EIR and Addendum were previously prepared for this project. Findings were made that neither a subsequent or supplemental EIR were required by Public Resources Code Section 21166 or CEQA Guidelines Section 15162.
