DISTRIBUTION PIPING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT AREA LOCATIONS. PROPOSED FACILITIES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE SYSTEM PRESSURES AND TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY STORAGE IN THE EVENT OF A DISRUPTION OF SERVICE FROM SAN JUAN SUBURBAN WATER DISTRICT.
