ADDITIONALLY, AN INCREASE IN OPERATING HOURS IS PROPOSED; HOURS COULD EXTEND FROM 6:00 AM TO 8:00 PM, THOUGH THE SITE WOULD ONLY OPERATE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS.
