THAT FACILITY, TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON A PORTION OF A 52 ACRE SITE AT THE SOUTHERNMOST JUNCTURE OF TEMESCAL CANYON RD. AND INTERSTATE HWY 15 (CORONA FWY), WILL BE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE A FLOW RATE OF THREE (3.0) MILLION
