SITE IS ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING CITY LIMITS AND IS INCLUDED EWITHIN THE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE AND THE PLANNING AREA BOUNDARY AS DESCRIBED IN THE WASCO MEA (SCH #87113023). A PREZONING WILL BE A PART OF THIS PROJECT. THAT 40 AC. PORTION WHICH IS IN THE AG PRESERVE SHALL BE ZONED AG.
