THE PROJECT REQUESTS AUTHORIZATION TO CONSTRUCT A 10-STORY OFFICE BUILDING WITH 173,000 SQUARE FEET OF FLOOR SPACE AND AN UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE ON APPROXIMATELY 5.3 ACRES OF PROPERTY. THE OFFICE TOWER WILL INCLUDE 6 RESIDENTIAL PENTHOUSES ON THE TOP FLOOR AND OFFICE - SERVING RETAIL USES ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR. THE PROJECT SITE IS IN THE CITY MID- RISE/HIGH CORRIDOR WHICH PERMITS DEVELOPMENT TO A MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT OF 150 FEET. THE PROPOSED BUILDING HEIGHT IS 146 FEET.
