The project includes an update to the Village One Facilities Master Plan (FMP), originally adopted in the June 1996. The FMP provides guidelines for installation of the roads, intersections, traffic signals, storm drainage, parks, and public facilities in the Village One Specific Plan area. The Update would increase cost estimates for land acquisition, relocation of power poles, relocation of PG&E Gas Line, Markups (administration, engineering, nspection, construction administration and general contingencies).
