Document Description
This is an application for a conditional use permit in the SP-H zone of the Village I area to allow the expansion of the St. Peter Lutheran Church/school facilities located on the north side of Marie Avenue west of the fine Avenue. This property is surrounded by the remainder of the Precise Plan Area Number 28 to the north and west. Although undeveloped, Village residential uses are designated for this area. Precise Plan Area Number 29 is located to the east and is designated for school and park development. The property to the south is developed with single family homes. With the expansion of this church/school use, there will be a 1,931 square foot addition to the existing classroom building. The applicant's plot also proposes 4,288 square feet of additional classroom building area in the future. These building additions will be accomplished at the front of the church property adjacent to the existing classroom building. There are no other proposed changes to this church campus.
