Document Description
The proposed project will construct approximately 58,580 assignable square feet (84,375 gross square feet) to house offices, office support,'dry' research space, class laboratory, tutorial/training, and instructional support space and a multi-purpose classroom facility. The project consists of two components. The first is a three-story structure to provide facilities for the initial occupants, Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics, and the Learning Center. The second component is a 570-seat slopped floor demonstration/lecture classroom facility. Project implements also includes site preparation, on-site utility work and exterior landscaping and lighting.
