- Project involves the modification of the landfill's SWFP, approval of the first Amended and Restated Second El Sobrante Landfill Agreement, as well as a revision to the El Sobrante Landfill Joint Technical Document (JTD), primarily to address the following: 1) reduction and reconfiguration of the overall limit onsite and offsite grading; 2) relocation/reconfiguration of storm water retention ponds; and 3) construction of a new maintenance shop.
