The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0091-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, USA Waste of California, as represented by Joseph Walstrom. The project proposes the filling of four drainages with landfill material and installation of a 24-inch downdrain to capture stormwater flows in support of landfill operations
