TO ACCOMMODATE THE CURRENT RAPID GROWTH IN THE REGIONAL PLANT SERVICE AREA, THE EXISTING 2.0 MILLION GALLONS PER DAY (MGD) CAPACITY FACILITY IS CURRENTLY BEING EXPANDED TO 3.0 MGD. THE CONSTRUCTION IS SCHEDULED TO COMPLETE IN THE SUMMER OF 1990. DISTRICT IS PROPOSING TO EXPAND THE PLANT TO 10.0 MGD.
