THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF VARIOUS CHANNEL MODIFICATIONS ON DRY, CIRBY, AND LINDA CREEKS FO THE PURPOSE OF FLOOD PROTECTION.PROJECT FEATURES INCLUDE ONESIDED CHANNELS, TRAPEZOIDAL CHANNELS, LOW FLOOD WALLS, AND DROP STRUCTURES. THE PROJECT ALSO CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTION OF A 3.6 MILE BICYCLE TRAIL AND RELATED FACILITIES.
