THIS PROJECT IS TH RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING COVERED PATIO AREA PRESENTLY USED TO ACCOMODATE STORAGE LOCKERS, TO HOUSE A SMALL PHOTOGRAPHIC TEACHING FACILITY WHICH WILL INCLUDE A FILM DEVELOPING LABORATORY, DARK ROOM, STUDIO, OFFICE AND STORAGE AREA. TOTAL AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 2,500 SQUARE FEET. THIS PROJECT WILL REPLACE AN EXISTING PHOTOGRAPHIC FACILITY WHICH WILL BE DEMOLISHED AND NOT USED FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDIO PURPOSES.
