THE PLANT WILL REPLACE AN OLDER, EXISTING PLAN LOCATED TO THE WEST AT ANOTHER GRANITE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SITE A SHORT DISTANCE OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
