Document Description
The proposed project would reduce the Coliseum's existing maximum seating capacity from 92,500 persons for all events to approximately 78,000 persons. The renovation includes the addition of approximately 200 luxury suites and two approximately 20,000-square-foot structures outside of the stadium for ancillary retail or office use. The NFL and USC Trojans football team would be the primary tenants of the Coliseum, holding all of their home games in the stadium. Other events that would be held at the renovated Coliseum would include those already occurring such as international soccer matches, off-road vehicle events, public speaking events, political rallies, and concert performances.
