Warner Center Specific Plan (Ordinance Nos. 68873, 168984, 171529, 173071, and 173072)
Document Description
The existing Specific Plan currently identifies a twenty year, four phase plan that establishes a maximum development level of 35.7 million square feet of non-residential development. The proposed project primarily redefines the Specific Plan's Phase I development requirements based on a 2000 Transportation Study prepared by Kaku Associates, which re-analyzed the Warner Center Transportation Improvement and Management Program (TIMP). The restudy re-analyzes TIMP strategies and implementation mechanisms for transportation system improvements relevant to growth in Warner Center, including the AVR ratio, intercept parking requirements, limitation on parking, street improvements, and fees. The restudy also updates the 1999 SEIR analyses of noise and air quality.
