THE SPS WOULD BE IN AN ADJACENT CANYON SOUTH OF COGSWELL RESEVOIR. PLACEMTN OF THE SEDIMENT WOULD TAKE APPROX. 15 YEARS AND THE RESERVOIR WOULD REQUIRE PARTIAL DRAWDOWN ANNUALLY.
