The revisions include a change of the owner/operator's name; a change in how traffic volume is referenced from 202 vehicles per day to 6,000 vehicles per month. The permit will have a limit of 400 tons per day. Commingled recyclables are no longer received at this site. Revise the public hours of operation to 10am through 3:45pm and add the following holidays to the list of days the facility will be closed: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, and Labor Day.
