Document Description
The 416.0-acre Proposed Project would be developed under two scenarios: "The Preferred Plan" and "The Alternative Plan". The differences between the two plans includes variations in the number of single family dwelling units, multi-family dwelling units, maximum single family lot sizes and total acreage of natural open space. The Preferred Plan would consist of 471 single-family residences, with lot sizes ranging from 4,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet and between 705 and 753 multi-family units. The total number of dwelling units would range between 1,176 and 1,224. The Alternative Plan would consist of 573 single family dwelling units, with lot sizes ranging from 4,000 square feet to 6,500 square feet and between 225 and 273 multi-family units. The total number of dwelling units under the Alternative Plan would range between 798 and 846.
