Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0042-R5) to the project applicant, Antelope Valley Recycling and Disposal Facility. The project proposes to impact 3.31 acres of streambed, including 1.25 acres of permanent impact to riparian scrub and riparian forest habitat including the removal of 5-7 cottonwood, and red and arroyo willow trees and 2.06 acres of temporary impact to riparian scrub and riparian forest habitat.
