CONSTRUCTION OF A DAIRY UNIT AND POULTRY UNIT TO REPLACE AND UPGRADE EXISTING CAMPUS FACILITIES. DAIRY UNIT FLOOR AREA IS 18,806 SQ. FT. AND THE POULTRY UNIT BUILDING AREA WILL BE 33,954 SQ. FT. THE DAIRY FACILITIES WILL HAVE EQUIPMENT AND LABORATORIES FOR PROCESSING DAIRY PRODUCTS FROM MILD OF CAMPUS HERDS. THE POULTRY UNIT WILL HOUSE APPROX. 5,000 BIRDS AND WILL HAVE FACILITIES FOR THE PROCESSING OF EGGS AND POULTRY PRODUCTS.
