THE PROJECT PROPOSES A MODIFIAITON OF THE GOLF COURSE ELEMENT OF THE MT. WOODSON RANCH SPECIFIC PLAN. THE GENERAL BOUNDARIES OF THE EXISTING GOLF COURSE WILL NOT BE CHANGED. AN AREA OF 1.4 ACRES OF BIOLOGICAL OPEN SPACE WOULD BE USED FOR THE GOLF COURSE. PROPOSED MITIGATION FOR THIS IMPACT INVOLVES THE DEDICATION OF APPROXIMATELY 3.53 ACRES OF CURRENTLY DESIGNATED GOLF COURSE, AND 4.5 ACRE GREENBELT SECTION AS OPEN SPACE.
